The National Laboratory External Quality Assessment Centre (NLEQAC) based in Nigeria, have chosen to subscribe to the new software-as-a-service, EQAlite.

The NLEQAC assesses the performance of laboratories who perform CD4 and HIV Serology tests. Laboratories enter their quantitative results on the website, and when the round is closed, they can view the round report. The round report shows the series of participants' results, the sample mean, standard deviation and each participant's zscore. All of this is done automatically.
