Healthware Announce New System for Hospital Patient FeedbackBy Mick Gleadall 7 February 2003
Mick Gleadall, Marketing Director of Healthware Ltd, today announced the launch of Healthware's new hospital patient feedback system. The new system is based around a series of website pages with an inbuilt patient survey questionnaire. The system comes with a set of administrative functions which are accessed by login IDs and passwords. These administrative functions include a full WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) web page editing, menu editing and question / answering editing. All of the questions and potential answers can be created and edited and their order changed to suit. The system can be run as a website over the Internet, on an Intranet, on existing kiosk systems, or set up on a touchscreen kiosk and placed in any convenient public access environment offering advice and guidance as well as patient feedback. The development of such bespoke systems have been born out of an increasing concern over the suitability of current kiosk designs for seated use, and in particular, wheelchair use. With this in mind, Healthware have designed the Diplomat kiosk - a new model in the Diplomat range of integrated, touch screen points of interaction (kiosks). See for yourself - try out the new CMS system at www.healthware.co.uk/healthwarecms |
