Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust have successfully implemented KPMD Access To Health software. The software helps in the management and control of requests for the issue of copies of patient's medical records, X-rays etc under the Access to Health Records Act, Data Protection Act and Freedom Of Information Act. The software is not NHS specific and can be applied to any organisation dealing with Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information or Disclosure requests.
