Richard Caborn, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry is the first to see the new products designed by recently formed Sheffield company, Healthware Ltd.

Mr Caborn met Healthware Directors Dr Tony Bennett and Bill Richmond at the Medilink Live Exhibition which he opened recently.

During his visit he saw Healthware's new Feedback system which allows Hospital patients to tell clinics and departments how they felt about the treatment they have received.

Dr Bennett said "We explained to Mr Caborn that Feedback was designed to fit with the National Health's strategy of providing patients with the opportunity to say what they think of the services they receive. He seemed pleased that companies in South Yorkshire were taking an innovative approach to helping achieve this".
